Nine cohorts of ten days each run from the first week of August through early November 2026, with a day’s pause between them. Each cohort is intentionally small — 18 to 20 guests — so friendships have room to develop naturally.

A complimentary private coach for guests travelling from Ankara — departure is firm, arrival is approximate, and the CONNECT week begins the moment you step aboard. Approximately eight hours each way, with a 35-minute comfort stop and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Payment & Deposit
A 10% deposit by bank transfer confirms your place, payable within 48 hours of registration. The balance may be settled by bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card on arrival. Turkish citizens may choose to pay by instalments (3, 6, 9 or 12 taksit) subject to their bank’s terms.
Alcohol
CONNECT is not an alcohol-focused programme, and alcoholic beverages are not included in the programme fee. Guests who wish to enjoy beer, wine or spirits during their stay are welcome to purchase them at their own expense. Service concludes at 1:00 AM each evening in accordance with Turkish law and venue policies.
Cancellation
30 days or more before your cohort commences — 100% refund. 15–29 days — 25% refund. 14 days or fewer — considered on a case-by-case basis, including medical circumstances. Should Southern Stars cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another or receive a full refund.
The CONNECT Private Coach
Complimentary for guests travelling from Ankara. Departs Kuğulu Park at 10:30 AM on the commencement date of your selected cohort and returns from the hotel at 11:00 AM on the final day. Simply select the coach option during registration.
