Southern Stars Camp maintains comprehensive insurance cover for its business operations and the delivery of the CONNECT programme. Personal travel insurance is not included and remains the responsibility of each guest. We strongly recommend that guests travelling to Türkiye, particularly those travelling internationally, arrange suitable travel insurance before departure. Your policy should provide cover appropriate to your individual circumstances, including overseas medical expenses, flight delays or cancellations, lost or delayed baggage, and other travel-related disruptions.

Our Concierge Team is available to assist you in English, Turkish, Russian and German. Following your registration, you’ll be personally introduced to your dedicated concierge, who will remain your single point of contact throughout your CONNECT journey — from the moment you book until you return home.

Quality linen, pillows, doonas, fresh towels and daily housekeeping are all included throughout your stay. Complimentary laundry service is also provided, with scheduled collections every few days. Should you require laundry sooner, simply let a member of the CONNECT team know and we’ll do our very best to assist.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and each CONNECT cohort.

• 30 days or more before your cohort commences — 100% refund.
• 15–29 days before commencement — 25% refund.
• 14 days or fewer — refunds are not automatic; exceptional circumstances, including medical situations, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Should Southern Stars be required to cancel a cohort, or if the minimum of 18 confirmed guests is not reached, we will first offer you the opportunity to transfer to another available CONNECT cohort. If an alternative cohort does not suit your plans, all programme fees paid will be refunded in full.

Guests travelling from Ankara are warmly invited to begin their CONNECT experience together aboard our complimentary private coach.

The coach departs Kuğulu Park, Ankara, at 10:30 AM on the commencement date of your selected cohort. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 9:30 AM to allow ample time for check-in, luggage loading, and boarding.

You’ll travel directly to your hotel in Side, arriving with plenty of time to settle in and relax before the Welcome Dinner that evening.

On the final day of your programme, the return coach departs the hotel at 11:00 AM, following breakfast and check-out, returning directly to Kuğulu Park.

The journey takes approximately eight hours each way and includes a 35-minute comfort stop around three hours into the trip. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the journey.

To reserve your seat, simply select the coach option during registration.

CONNECT is not an alcohol-focused programme, and alcoholic beverages are not included in the programme fee. Guests who wish to enjoy beer, wine, spirits or other alcoholic beverages during their stay are welcome to purchase them at their own expense. Alcohol is served responsibly throughout the programme in accordance with Turkish law, venue policies, and designated service hours, with service concluding at 1:00 AM each evening.

Wonderful! To ensure each guest receives the personalised attention they deserve, we kindly ask that everyone completes their own registration individually. Once both registrations have been received, our team will link your bookings and, where applicable, arrange shared accommodation and any requested travel arrangements.

Pack light, comfortable clothing for warm Mediterranean days and pleasant evenings, together with a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal toiletries, and any prescribed medications you may require.

To confirm your place at CONNECT, a 10% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 48 hours of registration, using the account details provided in your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance may be paid by bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card upon arrival in Antalya. Guests travelling on the complimentary CONNECT private coach from Ankara may also pay their remaining balance before departure.

Turkish citizens may choose to pay by instalments (3, 6, 9 or 12 taksit) at the time of payment. Southern Stars will always endeavour to offer the most suitable payment options available; however, all instalment plans are provided by the guest’s own banking institution and remain subject to its credit assessment, terms, and available offers. As a result, Southern Stars cannot guarantee the availability of any particular instalment option.
