Every CONNECT programme is thoughtfully designed to ensure your arrival is relaxed, seamless and enjoyable. From the moment you join us, every detail has already been carefully planned, allowing you to settle in comfortably and begin enjoying your holiday at your own pace.

As our guests travel from different parts of Türkiye and around the world, arrival times naturally vary throughout the day. During registration, we ask each guest to share their travel itinerary, including flight, coach or transfer details. This enables our concierge team to coordinate each arrival in advance, ensuring every guest receives the same warm welcome and personalised attention, regardless of when their journey brings them to us.

Upon arrival at Antalya Airport (AYT) or Manavgat Otogar, you'll be personally welcomed by a member of the CONNECT team before being transferred comfortably to your hotel. Your room will be ready, giving you time to unpack, enjoy a light Mediterranean lunch or a refreshing welcome drink, relax by the pool, or take a leisurely stroll along the nearby beach while other guests continue to arrive.

As the afternoon unfolds, the atmosphere naturally comes to life. Friendly introductions become easy conversations, and conversations become the beginning of new friendships. There is no rush and nothing to miss—everyone arrives in their own time, allowing the programme to unfold naturally.

As the sun sets over the Mediterranean, guests gather for welcome drinks before enjoying a relaxed dinner accompanied by live music.
